China's National Flag To Go Up At White House on Sept 20

UPDATE: The White House now says this is not true ... Sunlight, the best disinfectant ?? The part about the number of murdered people by the Chinese Communist is still true.

The story came from the Chinese state run media, so you decide. One of the few functioning U.S. press outlets, FNC reports:

The White House on Friday dismissed as inaccurate reports from China that the administration will mark the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic by flying the Chinese flag on the South Lawn.

China Daily, citing other media reports, claimed the president of the Fujian Association of the United States had been granted permission to hoist the flag "in a ceremony in front of the President's residence."

A ceremony, indeed, will take place. But it won't happen on the White House grounds -- rather, on the Ellipse, on the other side of E Street from the presidential residence.

In honor of the 70 odd millions executed by the Chinese PRC, we honor their progress with a White House ceremony. Probably won't see this on the front age of the Washington Post.

Exactly what country are you president of Mr Obama again?

Why do you feel the urge to embrace every genocidal murdering regime, every tin-pot dictator? Is there something in your upbringing that requires you to behave like that? Did the Rev Wright have that much influence on shaping you? Did living in the Muslim military junta Indnesia acquaiot you with the concept of ruler, dictator and you liked that?

What about the concepts of freedom and liberty, that which America was founded, has stood for since, and will once again stand for after you are gone. Can you not pronounce the word freedom?

The national flag of the People's Republic of China (PRC) will be hoisted at the South Lawn of the White House in Washington on September 20, media reported Sunday.

Chinese associations in the United States had applied to hold a ceremony in front of the US President’s residence to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of PRC.

Chen Ronghua, chairman of Fujian Association of the United States, told reporters that their application was approved not only because of the sound Sino-US relations but also because China is a responsible country.

"Many Americans admire China due to the success of last year’s Beijing Olympics," said Chen.

More than 1,000 people will attend the ceremony and the performances held after it, according to Zhao Luqun, who will direct the performances.

Zhao said the performances will demonstrate the friendship, magnanimous spirit and kindness of modern Chinese people.

My guess is few Americans know how many the Chinese Communist dictatorships has murdered. One researcher, puts the number of PRC Democide deaths at over 70,000,000. It's clearly in the tens of millions, why would a President of a free country, that stands for individual liberty, honor that?

The PRC is just the latest Communist Chinese 'name change' to try and whitewash the past.

Just begs the question -- Why would Obama do this?
