Haven't a clue why he would do this, he says because he wants to be more intimate with voters. Maybe this is what he means? I was watching the local news, waiting for the weather, and up pops a piece on McCain. It looked like some really small townhall style meeting, maybe a 100 people, corralled in a blue curtain area at a mall somewhere. A young girl stands up with a microphone and says "They said this wasn't political, why are you here?" McCain turned and laughed, the local news readers had a hootenanny.
Come on, tell me this candidacy is serious ...
UPDATE: The biography tour, or whatever they call it, is bombing big time. Intimate is out. So now the McCain camp says they will except secret service protection. Whatever ...
