INSTANT CLASSIC: O'Reilly Knocks Jay Carney into Next Week

It's called, can we fool the Speaker one more time? Worked twice, why not go for three times.

White House spokesman Jay Carney sat down with Bill O'Reilly in the No Spin Zone to discuss President Obama's Job's Speech. Carney said the speech was only the first step in the American Jobs Act and that we will learn more about who is footing the bill next week. O'Reilly said the President needs to stop with Warren Buffett and that the billionare pays taxes on capital gains, not income taxes. O'Reilly also told Carney that Jeffrey Immelt should have been thrown out of the President's box for shipping all General Electric jobs overseas.
