The world economy is losing strength halfway through the year as high oil prices and fallout from Japan’s natural disaster and Europe's debt woes take their toll.

Didn't you leave out one thing  "America's Obama Debt"

Isn't it amazing how people who live in the country with the world's largest fossil fuel reserves, still makes the energy independence work for them. Didn't you learn anything ... OK paper or plastic isn't it.
