Anak Krakatoa

There are plenty of volcanoes popping off around the world on any given day. Spewing tons of SO₂ into the atmosphere -- SO₂ is a far more powerful greenhouse gas than CO₂ but neither is anywhere near the 90% mark of water vapor, the most powerful green-house gas. Indonesia is currently the 'hot spot' now that southern Chile's Chaiten has quieted for a while now. There are about 100 volcanoes popping off to various degrees around the world at any given time.

There are also many forest fires and manmade agricultural fires around the world burning at any one time. For forest fires, there is a new software mashup "Fire Mapper" which is invaluable for getting the big picture what is burning worldwide. It doesn't tell why the fires are burning, for that you need to go to the MODIS site and get the details, but it does show the magnitude of the problem.

Both of these huge problems when it comes to atmospheric CO₂ and liberal boogie man of global warming, the current liberal tax hoax, is brought up. If they were to talk about these facts, it would show the absolute asininity of 'man made, or AGW global warming'. These fires and volcanoes push far more harmful stuff into the atmosphere that does man made CO₂ -- But no one seems to want to talk about it. At least the drive by media is quiet, I wonder why? I assume it would spoil the hoax if the masses found out about it. Most people know little of the world outside their daily activities, sad to say.
