Senator Kennedy's car is dragged by a wrecker out of Poucha Pond after careening off the Chappaquiddick Island bridge while allegedly drunk. Mary Jo Kopechne drowned in the accident, Kennedy showed up the next morning wearing a neck brace ... LOL. He could have called for help after the crash, but decided sleeping it off was the better part of valor.
